With this document, we inform you about the use of your personal Data by Davidsbündler Music Academy.

Davidsbündler Music Academy is a music institution providing music education and also offering the space for concerts, workshops or corporate gatherings. Name details of the family members: for placing your child in the right academic program.

Email address: for communication within our web application, in connection with the briefing and other matters between the school and the User

Telephone number: in connection with child safety we consider communication important and telephone is the quickest method.

Bank account details: for payment of the service, payment to the Academy and verification of personal Data of the User.

Year of birth of a child: valuable information for the teacher’s preparation.

Neither the Davidsbündler Music Academy nor Davidsbündler Music Academy may use the User’s personal information for social media or other purposes without permission and consent of the User.

If you do not provide us with the required basic information in the registration form, first name, surname, address, telephone number, email address, (later bank account number), we, unfortunately, cannot provide the service.

 

Sharing personal Data

In extreme situations, Davidsbündler Music Academy may be obliged to hand over your Data to the authorities, for example in the context of a criminal investigation. Davidsbündler Music Academy is also obliged to include your telephone number when calling the emergency number 112.

Your personal Data will be kept for a maximum of 2 years unless payment has not been made. We would then be obliged to keep specific financial (payment) details stated on the invoice for the tax authorities.

If a Data leak should occur, we will immediately report it to the Personal Data Authority and take measures to prevent the leak.
