DBA Academist Ivan Petrenko has won the Palm Music Foundation Award, a branch of the Prinses Christina Concours, and will have a recital in Curaçao next fall. Ivan and Yulianna Beziazychna have both been awarded a masterclass on Antillean music.

Congratulations to DBA Academist Yulianna Beziazychna for winning the first prize at the Globe International Piano Competition. Yulianna was the youngest in her age group but made the biggest impression on the jury members!! Congratulations also to her teacher Tatiana Abayeva, with additional guidance from Borys Fedorov.
DBA Academists Ivan Petrenko (17, Ukraine) and Mahault Ska (15, Belgium) won the first and third prizes in their respective categories at the Enschede International Piano Competition last week, a competition renowned for it's high level of contestants. Additionally Ivan won the ArtEZ Conservatory Prize while Mahault won the Press Prize.
