Congratulations to Akari Bastiaens for the big win at Amare, The Hague. Akari won the first prize, Public Prize, Press Prize and Klassiek op het Amstelveld prize in the National Final of the Princess Christina Competition. Akari is a student of Tatiana Abayeva and Borys Fedorov at the Davidsbundler Academy as well as Joop Celis at the Maastricht Conservatory. Congratulations!!!

Congratulations to DBA Academist, Akari Bastiaens for passing to the final round of the nation wide Princess Christina Competition!! After having won the regional competition in the south of the Netherlands and this national semifinal round, Akari will perform at the National Final on May 18th at Amare, The Hague. Congrats to her teachers Tatiana Abayeva and Borys Fedorov at the DBA for the past three years as well as Joop Celis, professor at the Maastricht Conservatory!
Congratulations to Yulianna Beziazychna for winning the second prize in the 2nd annual Kronberg International Piano Competition for Young Pianists, a very demanding competition with competitors from 204 applications from 37 countries all over the world. After the selection, 66 pianists from 17 countries arrived in Kronberg.
