The Davidsbündler Music Academy’s celebrated Piano Storm returns, bringing its trademark blend of electrifying virtuosity, spontaneous creativity, and boundary-breaking performance. Building on the tradition of previous editions—where students of the annual Piano Storm masterclasses transformed the hall into a whirlwind of sound through dazzling solo showcases, intimate duets, and bold cross-disciplinary collaborations—this year’s event invites audiences into an immersive musical tempest. Expect a kaleidoscope of styles, from poetic miniatures to volcanic showpieces, unexpected pairings, and moments of quiet reflection amid the storm. More than a concert, Piano Storm is the Academy’s annual celebration of imagination, risk-taking, and the fierce joy of pianistic artistry.
